This gorgeous Rough collie is quite a rare find at an SPCA, yet she has been waiting for a while now. She is gentle and calm with wonderful manners. Despite the fact that Rough Collies are medium to large dogs, they do adapt well to small living spaces due to their calm nature, but like all dogs they do need regular exercise.
